Missouri S&T is located ~100 miles from the St. Louis Lambert Airport in Rolla, Missouri. Rolla is a rural town without public transport and limited Uber/Lyft capacities. We strongly encourage workshop participants to arrive by car.
Optional Shuttles
All shuttle spots have been filled, no new shuttle requests can be accommodated.
For participants who cannot arrange their own transport from the airport, complimentary shuttle transport to Rolla (and return) will be provided. This includes transport between selected hotels and the S&T campus.
Registering for Shuttles
A limited number of shuttle seats are available. Numbers may be capped in case of unexpectedly high demand. Workshop participants who plan to utilize the shuttle transport must indicate so when registering. No walk-ons will be allowed on the shuttles.
Departure Times
Shuttles will leave the airport at scheduled times indicated — if you plan to utilize them, please be sure to make your plane reservations accordingly. You will submit your shuttle requirements as part of the registration process.
